Challenges
The existing Magento catalog contained inconsistent and incomplete product data. Before migration, we cleaned, normalized, and restructured the catalog to ensure accurate pricing, variants, and ERP compatibility
New Features & Results
The new Shopify store launched after extensive customization, product data cleanup, and updated product photography. Shortly after launch, the client saw an immediate lift in revenue and a conversion rate of approximately 10%, validating the new design and improved buying experience.
