Masson, a prominent skincare brand, needed a robust B2B eCommerce platform to streamline their sales process for business clients across North America. The project required tackling multiple complexities to meet their unique requirements

Solution
We developed a custom Magento website for Masson that delivered their clients a B2C shopping experience while incorporating the extensive customization needed for B2B sales

- PO-Based Checkout: Implementing a purchase order workflow where order details flowed to the ERP for invoice generation and customers could access their order history and invoices on the site
- Access Control: Only approved clients could access the site
- Role-Based Pricing: Clients were assigned specific roles that dictated the prices they saw for products
- Custom Pricing: Each client had unique, pre-negotiated pricing, with flexibility to accommodate varied agreements
- Advanced Discount System: Developed a complex discount structure, such as “buy 3, get 2 free,” which dynamically applied rules based on client roles and order conditions.
